1. Can the cards be personalised with a name?
Currently we are not able to personalise the cards as we don’t print them in house. However we are always looking at expanding and improving our service so we could look into printing this in house in the future
2. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal
3. I have family overseas and instead of sending a physical card is there the option to send a E-card?

4.What are your cards printed on?
Our cards are printed on high quality 280gsm card
5. Can the cards be recycled?
Yes the cards can be recycled
6. Are envelopes included with the cards?
All cards include an envelope and are packaged in cellophane bags to protect them in delivery
7. Will all the items in my order be dispatched together?
Yes all items will be dispatched together. However cards will be posted in a separate envelope to reduce the risk of damage during transit
8. How can I contact you?
Please contact us via the home page contact us button. You will get a response within 24 hours of sending the query
9. I have made a mistake with my order, can i change it?
Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes.
To check whether we are able to make amendments to your order, please contact us by email as soon as you notice the mistake.
